Steel structure processing, from rust removal, cutting, punching, pressing, welding and painting, mostly uses machines, with a high degree of automation, fewer workers in the workshop, and automatic gas shielded welding to ensure quality. Due to the good management efficiency of the factory, it takes 22 weeks, about 5 months, to process the steel structure of a 20,000 square meter Class A factory building from the initial design, production to delivery, which is relatively long. Through understanding, the factory adopts an optimized design, and the steel structure content of the factory designed by the factory is 22-24kg/square meter. The quotation for steel structure production and processing is 35,000 Mexican pesos/ton (1900USD/TON). If the owner provides steel, the processing and production cost is 18,000 Mexican pesos/ton (900USD/TON).
