The general contracting project for the warehouse
engineering of agricultural product processing logistics project (referred to
as the "Logistics Park Warehouse Project") has passed the completion
acceptance and is officially put into use. Our company fully leverages its
industrial synergy advantages and actively promotes civil construction and
steel structure installation projects, achieving efficient and high-quality
construction in 8 months.
The logistics park warehouse project, consisting of
three warehouses, B7, B8, and B9, has a total construction area of
approximately 17100 square meters and a building height of 11.2-11.9 meters. It
belongs to a large-span steel structure factory.
The B7 warehouse
has a span of 36 meters and is currently the largest steel structure factory
building in the local area. The total weight of the warehouse steel components
(including purlins) is approximately 622 tons, with 134 steel columns and 252
steel beams.
To ensure the smooth progress of steel structure
construction and installation, the project adopts the construction method of
"factory processing, on-site assembly, and segmented lifting"
according to the on-site construction conditions of the warehouse, fully
leveraging the convenient characteristics and advantages of prefabricated
structure construction, and quickly building prefabricated components on the
construction site like "building blocks".
